Frances Burton

Frances has 30+ years of experience in practice management and medical billing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HealthCare Administration from the University of Kentucky.
Frances has spoken at the national conference for The Independent Physicians’ Association of America (TIPPA) on “Maneuvering the RCM Minefield” and also presented at the Aprima User Conference on “Ten Tips to Manage Your Revenue Stream.”
She is an active member of both the state Medical Group Management Association and the Bluegrass Lexington chapter, past president-elect of the Louisville chapter, and past-president of the Kentucky Pediatric Managers Association. Her memberships to other professional affiliations include the Medical Resource Group, PAHCOM, and Legal Shield.
Professional Endeavors
Frances has co-created a software application called The Statement Scrubber. It is best described as the science behind statement cycle management. She aspires to instill best practice protocols into managing accounts receivables on the patient side.
Her love for teaching and mentoring has led her to become an instructor at Practice Elevation where she is currently recording a series of online courses in revenue cycle management.
